Aspire CoffeeWorks is a social enterprise partnership between Aspire and Metropolis Coffee Company, combining Aspire’s nonprofit leadership in inclusive employment with Metropolis’ craft roasting expertise.
We specialize in premium office coffee programs for teams of all sizes – from small businesses to enterprise campuses - as well as thoughtful, custom corporate gifting for clients, employees, and partners.
Adults with disabilities play a meaningful role in labeling and packaging every bag and box, and 100% of our net proceeds support Aspire’s programs and services for people with disabilities.
Beyond everyday service, we partner with clients to create engaging coffee experiences and moments of connection - from in-office tastings and lunch & learns to grand openings, conference kickoffs, community events, and year-round custom gifting programs.
